Then from March 19 through Thursday, March 22 the ramp from eastbound U.S. 30/Exton Bypass to northbound U.S. 202 in East Whiteland and West Whiteland townships will be closed at night for bridge work, PennDOT said.

The ramp will be reduced to a single lane from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., then closed completely until 5 a.m. the following morning.

Motorists normally using the ramp will be directed to use the Business U.S. 30 exit, turn right on eastbound Business U.S. 30 and right on the ramp to northbound U.S. 202.

The restrictions will allow the contractor to continue demolition of the outer half of the northbound U.S. 202 bridge over the ramp and adjacent Amtrak rail lines.

Eastbound U.S. 30/Exton Bypass motorists should remain alert for delays and slow moving traffic when approaching the work area.

All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
