December Malvern Area Health Inspections: Red Star, GVSD Schools

MALVERN, PA – The Chester County Health Department inspected numerous establishments in December in Malvern and the surrounding areas and found nearly all to be in violation of at least one health code.

Red Star Craft House in Exton had the most violations with 19.

Those included wiping cloths being used as drying mats, cell phones stored on meat slicer and food prep table, various unclean surfaces, and more.
