Devault Foods Gets New Leadership In The New Year
The Malvern-based protein purveyor's has a new president and CEO.

Devault Foods, a Malvern-area business that specialized in portion-controlled meat preparation and packing, announced recently some change ups in its leadership.
According to a press release, former company president Tom Fillippo will be taking on a new role as the Chairman of the Board of Devault Foods.
“Devault Foods is rapidly growing into an unrivaled company with operational excellence,” Fillippo said in a statement. “I have strong confidence in Brett (Black), Thomas (W. Fillippo) and the leadership team to successfully carry the Fillippo family legacy into the distant future.”

Fillippo has been Devault's president since 1970, according to the press release.
Black will now serve as the company's president and chief executive officer while Thomas W. Fillippo will now be the Executive Vice President of Devault Foods.

“No business lasts over the long haul if it can’t re-invent itself to address the evolving preferences and needs of its customers,” Black said.
Devault foods provide variuos meats for families in the area, including burgers, meatballs, Philly steaks, sausages, steaks and chops.
