Don't Miss The Patriot Pride 5K In Malvern

MALVERN, PA – The Patriot Pride 5k is all set for Sunday, May 21. The only other thing that needs to happen for the race is for you to sign up.

The 5k costs just $10 for participants who want to run or walk the course, with proceeds benefiting the Great Valley School District's wellness program.

"Great Valley School District, with the support of GVCO, has made a commitment to the mental and physical wellness of its staff, students, and families," the district said. "In furtherance of this commitment, we will come together as a community to celebrate our efforts and achievements at a Patriot Pride 5K or Mile Fun Run/Walk. This run is open to our students, their families, and all the GreatValley staff."

Signs ups close May 19 at 11:59 p.m. but participants can register the day of the race at 8 a.m.

The mile fun run and 5k walk kick off at 9 a.m. with the 5k run set to begin at 9:15 a.m. at the Great Valley Middle School, 255 North Phoenixville Pike, Malvern.

Participants will be able to pick up their race gear at Great Valley Middle School on the morning of the race.
