East Whiteland residents are not happy about a situation that is occurring with growing regularity in the wake of rainfall.
Trash is gathering being swept down the road and gathering on the tops of storm grates and in basins along Phoenixville Pike near Route 30.
The “eyesore” generally occurs after a significant rainfall, and could come from motorists or pedestrians littering along the side of the road from either direction.

A small group of residents was on Phoenixville Pike earlier in the month to pick up the trash.
