Easy Elegant Pot de Crème - Linda Spreeman - King of Prussia
Beat one pint chocolate ice cream until creamy. Stir in one third cup light cream (or half and half). Gradually add one 4.5 ounce instant chocolate pudding. Beat until well blended, approximately 10 minutes. Pour into small dessert dishes, cover and chill until ready to serve. Garnish with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Serves 6.
