Basic Training Fitness Classes

Basic Training is an essential program that every athlete and every person should participate in. You will see incredible improvements in your physical health. Athletes will gain the edge needed to succeed in any sport.

Coach Neil Herman will bring serious his serious credentials to lead you to your goals and meet your physical potential. Neil has coached baseball, football, speed and agility classes and been a strength coach for multiple Universities, businesses and USA Military All-Star Baseball team. Classes will improve physical skills by training with Speed, Agility, Conditioning, Flexibility, Plyometrics, Core Training and Functional Strength Training.

Classes can be purchased as a ten pack or a twenty pack. All classes are an hour long. Attendance and payments will be logged at Grand Slam to help you keep track of how many classes you have used.

Small Group and Private Lessons are available upon request. There is discounts for multiple children and parents from the same family.

Classes start Tuesday September 4th 2012

CLASS SCHEDULE:
Mondays & Wednesdays
Adult Class @ 5:30pm
12yr and Under Class @ 6:30pm

Tuesdays & Thursdays
Adult Class @ 5:30pm
12yr and Under Class @ 6:30pm
13yr and Up Class @ 7:30pm

Saturdays
Adult Class @ 9am
12yr and Under @ 10am
13yr and Up @ 11am
