The Chesco-Grand Prix is a high-quality series of six spectator-friendly competitive cycling events (short courses), a time trial, and a road race in towns and villages throughout Chester County. It promotes the National Velodrome being planned for Coatesville.
Beginning in Oxford on Thursday evening, June 28th, the series will be in Malvern on Friday, June 29th, starting at 5pm.
The Malvern criterium will feature 3 exciting races— for amateurs, for elite women and for professional men—all designed to bring people into the beautiful Borough of Malvern. The evening will include live coverage from the Greater Media radio station, professional announcing, celebrity appearances, kids’ zone, youth races and whatever else we dream up.

The objective of the series is to establish an annual week-long festival that celebrates cycling and showcases Chester County. The MBPA is the acting host of the event in conjunction with the Chesco-Grand Prix management team, who also manage the Philadelphia International Bike Race, June 3, 2012.
Please contact MBPA president, Pat Reeser, to learn how you and/or your company can help sponsor or volunteer to make this evening a fantastic one for Malvern. By wealth, work or wisdom, please show your support. Thank You!
