Exton Pour House Unveils New Beer In Collaboration With Victory

Victory and PJ's Pour House have teamed up for a new brew.

The Pour House, a member of the P.J.W. Restaurant Group, announces the debut of Hoppy White Ale, a beer brewed exclusively for The Pour House by Victory Brewing Company, they announced in a press release.

This is the fourth collaboration between the two regional craft beer giants.

Hoppy White Ale will be available by the pint for $5 in all three The Pour House locations. Hand-carved wooden tap handles and branded Hoppy White beer glasses were created to complete the experience. Hoppy White is a full-bodied wheat beer with heavy citrus aromas. At 5.9% ABV it is extremely drinkable and refreshing with orange and earthy hop flavors due to the heavy usage of Citra hops late in the boil.

“We were thrilled to work with our friends at Victory again. They understand better than anyone our commitment to serving great beer. We are proud of the reputation The Pour House has earned as beer-lover’s craft beer bar and we hope our loyal fans love Hoppy White Ale as much as we loved making it,” said Jim Fris, Chief Operating Officer of P.J.W. Restaurant Group, in a statement.

P.J.W. Restaurant Group and Victory first partnered together to create Copper Lager, a Vienna Lager style beer brewed for P.J. Whelihan’s. After the success of Copper Lager, the two released a summer special, Whelihan’s White and in 2013 P.J.W. celebrated 30 years in business with a popular and quick selling anniversary beer, P.J. Whelihan’s Session IPA.
