Exton Whole Foods Market Building Sold For $22.1M
The popular grocery store has a new owner, but fear not shoppers: it's not going anywhere.

EXTON, PA — The Whole Foods Market building at the Exton Square Mall was recently sold for a substantial amount, according to the property owner's records.
PREIT — which owns the Exton Square Mall — reported in its first quarterly report of 2019 that the Whole Foods parcel was sold for $22.1 million.
The sale was officials in April, PREIT said.

Daily Local News reports the 55,000-square-foot parcel was sold to a private and unnamed New York-based real estate investment firm.
Despite the sale, there is no plan to change the Whole Foods Market, so shoppers can rest easy.
