Fall Recipe #3 - Still Summer Mimosas

Recipe Roundup #3 - for these still hot summer days - enjoy a liquid libation of super-easy MIMOSAS!

1 1/2 quarts (6 cups) chilled orange juice
2 bottles champagne (or other sparking white wine chilled)

For each Mimosa, pour about 1/2 cup orange juice into a 8oz glass and fill remainder of glass with champagne.

Using the above quantities yields 12 servings.

Approx 196 calories per 8 oz glass.
