Berwyn Fire Chief Eamon Brazunas recently asked the board of supervisors to implement a policy that would limit false alarm fire calls, according to the Daily Local News.

Fines would be handed out for repeat offenders, according to the report.

One example of negligence, Brazunas says, is contractors who repeatedly practice the same techniques that set off the fire alarm, when there is no real fire.
