Give Blood In The Malvern Area This Holiday Season

MALVERN, PA — The holiday season is the giving season, and what better gift to give than the gift of life?

This season, the American Red Cross is urging eligible donors to be the lifeline for patients in need this holiday season by making an appointment to give blood or platelets.

There are several upcoming drives in the Malvern area where you can donate.

They are:

• 11/26/2019: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., Workspace Property Trust, 5 Great Valley Parkway, Malvern
• 11/27/2019: 7 a.m. - 12 p.m., Paoli Hospital, 255 W. Lancaster Ave., Paoli
• 12/2/2019: 12 p.m. - 5 p.m., East Whiteland Township Municipal Building, 209 Conestoga Road, Frazer
• 12/6/2019: 1 p.m. - 6 p.m., Church of the Good Samaritan, 212 W. Lancaster Ave., Paoli
• 12/13/2019: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., Paoli Hospital, 255 W. Lancaster Ave., Paoli

While helping to save lives is likely motivation enough, those who come out to give Nov. 18 through Dec. 18 will also receive a $5 Amazon Gift Card via email, courtesy of Suburban Propane.

Additionally, those who come to give Nov. 27 through Nov. 30 will receive an exclusive long-sleeved T-shirt, while supplies last.

As schedules fill with holiday parties, shopping and fun with friends and family, many blood and platelet donors delay giving.
