Great Valley School District Board Adopts Budget For 2020-2021
By lowering non-program expenditures by $2.5 million, the Board was able to limit its budget increase to 1.22%.

At its meeting on June 1, the Great Valley Board of School Directors adopted a budget for the 2020-2021 school year. By lowering non-program expenditures by $2.5 million, the Board was able to limit its budget increase to 1.22%, which is significantly below the Act 1 Index of 2.6%. With a millage rate of 21.81, Great Valley's tax rate is the lowest of all Chester County school districts in the current year.
