Help Clean Up Valley Creek In April

East Whiteland and Tredyffrin townships are inviting the public to volunteer at Valley Creek Park for a cleanup event in early April.

FRAZER, PA — East Whiteland and Tredyffrin townships are teaming up for a cleanup event in Valley Creek next month, and members of the public are invited to help.

The joint clean up effort will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 4, rain or shine (unless the stream is out of its banks).

Members of the public can join the effort by showing up at Valley Creek Park at 361 Moorehall Road/Route 29 in Frazer.

Volunteers should dress for walking in a stream and/or along the stream to pick up trash.

The townships will provide trash bags and water for volunteers.

Officials recommend volunteers wear long sleeves and use sun protection.
