Help Great Valley Students Have A Safe After-Prom Party

After-prom activities don't need to involve risky behaviors, and the students in the Great Valley School District are looking for safe fun.

MALVERN, PA – The prom is often a milestone event for high school students in the United States. Unfortunately, some after-prom activities students engage in can be risky.

But they don't have to be and Great Valley High School students want to have safe, fun after-prom activities this year.

The Junior After-Prom Party provides a substance-free, alcohol-free space where juniors in Great Valley High School can revel after the junior prom on April 28.

While the prom isn't until late April, students, faculty, staff, and parents are planning now.

And you can help them out.

A GoFundMe has been launched to raise money for the after-prom party.

"Please consider donating to help us fund this amazing night and reinforce the message that we want our young people to feel appreciated by keeping them safely connected," the GoFundMe page reads.
