Main Line Real Estate in the first nine months of 2013 increased, according to the Prudential Fox & Roach HomExpert Market Report . The median home prices was $385,000 compared to $379,500 in the first nine months of 2012. On the main line, 2,353 homes were sold in the first nine months, an increase from 2,026 during the same time last year.
