How does the restaurant deal with food allergies? Questions about items are welcomed. The subs are assembled when ordered, so they can be customized. Informing the server about allergies when ordering at the counter lets him help in choosing appropriate items or substitutions.

It’s a very casual, family-friendly, firehouse-themed place. Each customer is greeted by a hearty “Welcome to the firehouse,” as they enter. Short of a fire bell, no outburst would be cause for alarm.
