The Main Line Antiques Show Combines Art, Jewelry, Design and Antiques

The Main Line Antiques Show, the only antiques show held on Philadelphia's Main Line will be held on October 7 and 8 at Cabri in Radnor.

The twelfth annual Main Line Antiques Show

, the only antiques show held on Philadelphia’s Main Line will be held on October 7 and 8 at Cabrini University in Radnor, PA. Folk art, exquisite prints, midcentury and antique furniture, decorative arts, ceramics, silver, paintings, Asian antiques, marine and equestrian antiques and more will be on offer. Claim a piece of history from the Show to make that special design element at your home or office a conversation piece.

Committee Chair Rick Davis, Honorary Chairs Anne Hamilton and Maureen Brennan-Miller, along with Show Manager Nick Vandekar are pleased to announce that over 24 exhibitors including longstanding Main Line Antiques Show dealers Lorraine Wambold Fine Estate Jewelry and The Ivory Tower will be in attendance. New to the Show this year is Valley Forge Flowers’ The Cottage (French antiques). We welcome back Hollie Powers Holt Fine Art, Wesley T. Sessa Antiques, Van Tassel-Baumann American Antiques, James Kilvington, Stevens Antiques, Dixon-Hall Fine Art and Johanna Antiques. Exhibitors hail from the East Coast to the Midwest.

Opening Night Party

Art Sleuth Seminar

Building momentum towards the Show will be an evening seminar held at Surrey in Devon on Thursday, September 28 from 6-9 pm, with celebrity antique art sleuth Robert Wittman, president of Robert Wittman Incorporated, the international art recovery, protection, and security firm. Robert is a 20 year veteran of the FBI's National Art Crime Team. In The Three F’s of Art Crime: Frauds, Forgeries and Fakes true stories behind the headlines of the largest and most interesting frauds ever perpetrated in the art and collectible world will be presented. Tickets are $35.

Appraisal Event

The FREEMAN’S Appraisal Event will be held Friday October 20 from 3-6 pm. The fee is only $50 for two items for verbal valuation. Tickets for designated time intervals can be purchased by calling 484-843-2510.
