Main Line Latin American Seafood Restaurant Closes Abruptly

Pala's, the budding Latin American seafood restaurant on the Main Line, closed after only being open for a little more than a year.

After being open for about a year and a half, the budding Main Line Latin American cuisine eatery Pala'a has closed.

Patch called the Ardmore eatery that specialized in Venezuelan-style seafood offerings and was met with an outgoing voicemail announcing the closure.

The voicemail message said the West Lancaster Avenue restaurant is closed permanently due to "major circumstances."

Philly.com reports health issues are the main reason for the closure.

The Latin American food purveyor was started by Cira Ferreira, Levi Hernandez, and Ivan Brcek and opened in January 2017.
