Main Line Man Facing 140 Child Porn Counts Has Hearing Postponed

The Main Line man is facing 141 counts related to child pornography and is free on unsecured bail as his proceedings continue.

MAIN LINE, PA — A Main Line man who is facing more than 141 counts connected to child pornography had his hearing postponed, court records show.

Richard J. Quinn-Simons, 32, of Ardmore, is facing 40 counts of felony disseminating child pornography, 100 counts of felony child pornography, and one count of criminal use of a communication facility, court records show.

He was slated to appear for a preliminary hearing on Jan. 15, but the hearing was continued Tuesday.

It will now be held on Jan. 29, according to court records.

Quinn-Simons was released on $25,000 unsecured bail on Dec. 5, court documents show.
