Malvern Area Getting More Pothole Repairs

PennDOT is still working to fix potholes around the Philadelphia region and will continue their efforts next week.

CHARLESTOWN-EAST WHITELAND, PA — More pothole repair work is planned in Charlestown and East Whiteland next week, PennDOT said.

More than 55 state highways with repair deteriorated pavement across the Philadelphia region will be addressed next week.

Church and Pikeland road in Charlestown Township, as well as Route 29/Moorehall Road in East Whiteland Township, are among those roads being targeted next week.

Crews will restrict travel lanes on these state highways to patch areas of deteriorating pavement.

Motorists are advised to be alert of this moving operation and to expect intermittent lane closures and possible slowdowns when driving near work crews.

PennDOT would also like to remind motorists that potholes and other roadway concerns on state roads can be reported by calling 1-800-FIX-ROAD or visiting the PennDOT website here and clicking on “Submit Roadway Feedback.”
