Malvern Area Health Inspections: Anthony's Pizzeria, Sushi Nami

MALVERN, PA – The Chester County Health Department inspected 37 Malvern-area establishments in January and found many to be in violation of at least one health code.

Sushi Nami Japanese Restaurant in Paoli had the most violations with 11 total in their Jan. 11 inspection.

Those violations included employees reusing single-use gloves; improper method of thawing fish; improperly stored utensils; and more.
