What business are you in? Women's clothing

How did you come up with the name?

"We are a franchise. The founder Lisa Kornstein in North Carolina named it after her chocolate and white Labradors Scout & Molly."

Why start a business in this town?

"We love the Main Line aesthetic. Women in this area have a great taste and sense of style so it's always a pleasure to find outfits and help create an overall look for them. We want to support women in the community to look and feel their best."

What’s the most difficult challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?

"I enjoy being at the store so much that I don't realize how time goes by and there are other responsibilities. Finding work/life balance has been my biggest challenge."

What’s been your proudest achievement since opening?

"Finding new brands and understanding the needs of my clients for their everyday and occasion dressing."

How does your business give back to the community?

"We have contributed to many different fundraisers since our opening. We are working with charities to host fundraisers at our boutique. We've given away clothes to women in need. On a smaller personal scale we boost women's self esteem and confidence by dressing them in flattering well-fitted styles."
