The mispackaging reverses the order in which tablets are taken each week, causing a woman’s chance of getting pregnant to vastly increase, according to the report.

The birth control trademarks included in the suit are Cyclafem 1/35, Cyclafem 7/7/7, Emoquette, Gildess FE 1.5/30, Gildess FE 1/20, Orsythia, Previfem, and Tri-Previfem, according to the report.
