Malvern Corporate Center For Sale: Report
A newly redeveloped Malvern corporate center is ready to hit the market, according to a report.
MALVERN, PA -- A 129,000 square-foot Malvern corporate center is for sale after redevelopment.
The former Trinity Corporate Center, now renamed ArborRidge, just hit the market, according to Philly.com.
The property is owned by Alliance Partners HSP L.L.C., based in Bryn Mawr, and is being sold by Douglas Rodio, a director with the real estate firm JLL, the report states.

Alliance is reportedly also converting a warehouse in Philadelphia's Northern Liberties.
