Malvern Health Inspections: El Limon, Antonio's, Nexdine

MALVERN, PA – The Chester County Health Department inspected 11 establishments in Malvern this December and found nearly all to be in violation of at least one health code.

Nexdine at the Malvern Institute had the most violations with five total in its Dec. 27 inspection.
