Malvern Health Inspections: Fattoush, General Wayne Elementary

MALVERN, PA – The Chester County Health Department inspected 16 establishments in the Malvern areas this September and found nearly all to be in violation of at least one health code.

Fattoush had the most violations with seven total in its Sept. 19 inspection.
