Malvern Health Inspections: General Warren Inn, Sutao, More

MALVERN, PA — The Chester County Health Department inspected numerous establishments in the Malvern this May and found many to be in violation of at least one health code.

With four violations found at its May 14 inspection, the General Warren Inn had the most of the lot.
