Malvern Man Arrested For DUI: Cops
West Chester police say that they received reports of a car driving without tires.
MALVERN, PA -- Police say that a Malvern man was pulled over and arrested for drunk driving in West Chester on September 22.
Police said that passerby flagged them down and told them they had seen a car driving on its rims with no tires and serious damage to its front.
Authorities located the vehicle shortly therafter on the 500 block of West Market Street.

Michael Heins, 22, was was found to be under the influence of alcohol, arrested, and charged with driving under the influence. A preliminary hearing is pending.
