We asked Patch Readers what they thought the biggest safety issues were in their town. Here’s a list of the most pressing problems, from break-ins to traffic jams:
- "There needs to be a 4-way stop sign at the intersection of Monument and Sugartown Road!"
- "There should be more visibility for left turn from College Avenue to Sproul Road. It's a blind turn and causes accidents too."
- "Turning left off of 352 onto King going either direction. Very scary."
- "Corner of Sugartown Road & Monument. Too many accidents to count!"
- "Traffic congestions everywhere. Too many multiple family homes being approved for construction and the roads can't handle the added volume. It's really ruining the home town feel of Malvern."
- "Definitely it's turning from 352 on to King Rd- either direction!"
- "Trying to turn left on Swedesford Road from N. Valley Road"
- "352 & King intersection! This is the worst intersection! It needs turning lights...immediately."
- "Lower the speed limit on Sugartown Road between King and Paoli Pike."
- "There needs to be a stop sign or traffic light installed at the fork in the Road at Conestoga Road & Swedesford Rd! Every morning someone speeds down Conestoga and almost t-bones a car! Seriously this needs to stop!"
