What business are you in? "Providing veterinary services."

How did you come up with the name? "Retained the original name from 1926."

Why start a business in this town? "Joe came to visit his uncle, Dr. Behler (owner MVH 1961-1991), as a boy. He began working at MVH in 1984. This had always been his dream job/practice. He met his wife here and they knew it was a great place to practice veterinary medicine and raise a family."

What’s the most difficult challenge you’ve faced as a business owner? "The most difficult challenge has been keeping up with the rapidly changing technology that makes running a business easier: computers, website, facebook, text messages, etc."

What’s been your proudest achievement since opening? "Our proudest acheivement has been improving and growing the business. We are very proud of the fact that we provide emergency services for our clients, which is when we feel they need us the most. "
