Malvern's Gateway HorseWorks Employs Horses For Mental Health
The unique new Malvern nonprofit offers Equine Assisted Psychotherapy to children and families in a healing, farm-based environment.
MALVERN, PA -- Gateway HorseWorks will hold a kickoff celebration on Thursday, April 28 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Thorncroft Equestrian Center on 190 Line Road in Malvern.
The event will announce the recently formed nonprofit’s mission to provide transformative Equine Assisted Psychotherapy to children, adults, and families in a healing, farm-based environment.
The celebration is free and open to the public (RSVP is required). A brief program will introduce the organization’s services and explain their important benefits for mental health professionals, educators, parents, the Chester County Probation Department and more.
