Malvern's Y-Prime Names New Finance Director

Blaise Hall will lead the company's financial processes, including financial reporting, revenue forecasting and budgeting, the company said.

Y-Prime, Inc., a premier eClinical products and consulting company, has announced the appointment of Blaise Hall as Director of Finance. Hall will lead the company’s financial processes, including financial reporting, revenue forecasting and budgeting.

Hall is a finance expert who brings more than 15 years of experience in clinical research and pharmaceutical finance. He brings to Y-Prime a breadth of experience that includes lead responsibility for project finances, divisions, strategic deals and corporate acquisitions.

Hall joins Y-Prime after a seven-year run at ICON plc, a global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. He was the company’s Senior Manager of Finance, Strategic Analysis and Partner Innovation and was the finance lead for the company’s acquisition and integration of Aptiv Solutions.

Included in his ICON career was a successful role as Business Partner, Finance. Previously, he was the company’s Director of Finance and the Senior Finance Manager.

Hall came to ICON after serving as Senior Manager, Financial Reporting, at Orthovita Inc., a Malvern, Pa., company that manufactures and markets orthobiologic and biosurgery products. His background included finance leadership roles with Advanta and Lincoln Financial Group.
