Officers eventually caught Anderson in West Pottsgrove after noticing him going in and out of numerous dressing rooms. After detaining Anderson, officers reportedly discovered a drill bit and tweezers hidden in sweatpants inside one of the rooms.
Of the 56 images found on Anderson's phone, 12 of them portrayed topless women, one was completely naked, and six were underage girls either partially or totally undressed, according to the report.
The investigation is ongoing.
Anderson posted $50,000 bail on Tuesday, court documents show. His preliminary hearing is set for June 21.
