Maria Micolucci Affiliates with Coldwell Banker Preferred in Exton

David Krieger, president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, is pleased to announce that Maria Micolucci has affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Preferred Exton office as a full-time sales associate.

Micolucci is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®, the Suburban West Realtors® Association and TReND. She has a varied background including three years of sales experience, working for real estate investment firm, over ten years of experience in compliance for investment advisory firms and most recently, being a licensed Realtor®.

Micolucci became a real estate agent because she wanted a career with unlimited potential where she could meet and work with people from all works of life. “I selected Coldwell Banker Preferred because I was looking for a growing, thriving office with a great sales manager and I found that with Coldwell Banker and Corinne Heim,” said Micolucci.

Originally from upstate New York, Micolucci has lived in the Wayne area for the past 17 years. She and her husband have two children; a daughter who is a senior at Temple University and a son at the Conestoga High School.
