Meet the Vendor: Mompops Popsicles
Mompops sells its all-natural frozen treats at the East Goshen Farmers Market held each Thursday.
Youngsters who enjoy the all-natural popsicles available at won't have to wait long if they want one of the colorful frozen treats.
Even though Mompops popsicles are not widely available in grocery stores, they are moving into local school cafeterias, including Great Valley and possibly Marple Newtown school districts.
The pops are made by the mother-and-son team of Sandra and Issa Ostrander in Thorndale. Issa, the sales side of the team, boasts that the gourmet pops are allergen-free and under 100 calories each. The recipe includes agave nectar and coconut milk to avoid adding sugar and dairy, respectively.

"We're just trying to educate customers on having a great pop using low sugar, even no sugar, using fresh fruits," he said.
Mompops also sets up shop at farmers markets at , Kennett Square, Phoenixville, The Mill at Anselma and Whole Foods in Devon.
