NBA Legends Jerseys Being Auctioned By Exton Company
Want an 89-90 Jordan Bulls jersey? Maybe Dr. J's Sixers road jersey? Some of the NBA's greatest players' jerseys are up for auction.

EXTON, PA – An Exton-based auction company has some serious sports memorabilia it is auctioning off, and you can bid on these legendary sports jerseys.
Hunt Auctions in Exton will feature an private collection of vintage NBA game jerseys from the personal collection of Dr. Steven Solow.
More than 30 jerseys are up for auction online through Sept. 27 and are highlighted by a rare 1976 Julius "Dr. J" Erving Philadelphia 76ers professional model road jersey.

Solow acquired the collection over several decades, many of which originated from direct team sources.
The collection is especially noteworthy, as several of the highlights include letters from NBA teams dating to the 1970-1990s period.

- 1989-90 Michael Jordan Chicago Bulls road jersey – Est. $15,000-$25,000
- 1980’s Kareem Abdul-Jabbar L.A. Lakers road jersey – Est. $7,500-$12,500
- 1987-88 Larry Bird Boston Celtics road jersey – Est. $4,000-$6,000
- 1989-90 Charles Barkley Phila. 76ers road jersey – Est. $1,500-$3,000
- 1993-94 Shaquille O’Neal Orlando Magic road jersey – Est. $1,500-$2,500
- 1992-93 Hakeem Olajuwon Houston Rockets home jersey – Est. $2,000-$3,00
“We are very excited to bring the collection of Dr. Solow to public auction. This particular collection features a succinct but very substantial grouping of fresh to the market NBA jerseys with impeccable team provenance.” David Hunt, President of Hunt Auctions, said in a statment. “We expect outstanding bidding interest in the collection and feel the timing is ideal given the current excitement surrounding the upcoming NBA season here in Philadelphia.”
The collection also includes several unique items such as two enormous complete uniforms worn by seven footers Manute Bol and Shawn Bradley. The two centers played for the Philadelphia 76ers during different periods with each uniform framed to a height of over seven feet tall; estimate between $500 to $1,000 each.
Another available lot is a Charles Barkely custom made red, white, and blue leather golf bag with clubs. The set is expected to sell between $1,500 and $3,000.
