New Pediatrics Urgent Care Center Opens On Main Line

PM Pediatrics opened its first Pennsylvania center Monday. It serves children to college-age patients exclusively and is open year round.

Parents and guardians on the Main Line have a new option for their children's medical care, as a pediatric care center has opened its first Pennsylvania location Monday.

PM Pediatrics, the nation’s largest provider of specialized pediatric urgent care, opened its first location in Pennsylvania Monday in the Gateway Shopping Center at 101 E. Swedesford Road in Wayne.

The state-of-the-art office is staffed by Pediatric Emergency Specialists, including board-certified pediatric emergency physicians and pediatricians, and features onsite digital x-ray and lab.

Unlike traditional urgent care practices, PM Pediatrics treats child to college-age patients, exclusively.

PM Pediatrics accepts most types of insurance and is an eight-time honoree to Inc. magazine's 500|5000 list of the nation's fastest-growing private companies.

The Wayne center is equipped to treat illnesses and injuries including asthma, fever, infections, dehydration, fractures, wounds requiring stitches and more.

This office marks the company’s 35th location nationwide. Rachel Bagelman, MD, FAAP is the Medical Director in Wayne, overseeing all medical operations for the practice.

PM Pediatrics of Wayne is open 365 days a year, Monday through Saturday, noon to Midnight. It's also open Sundays and select holidays from 10 a.m. to midnight.
