No Tax Hike In Proposed 2020 Willistown Budget

The budget does not include a real estate tax increase or sewer rate or permit fee increases. The board will vote to adopt it next week.

WILLISTOWN, PA — The Willistown Township Board of Supervisors will vote on the 2020 budget next week. If the budget is approved, residents will not see a tax hike in 2020.

The board will consider the budget at its upcoming meeting at 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 16.

Should the budget pass in its current form, the millage rate will stay steady at 0.28 mills, which is the 2019 rate. That rate is among the lowest in Chester County.
