Paoli Pike Closing In Willistown Thursday Night

A portion the road is closing until 10 p.m. Thursday due to maintenance work after a sinkhole opened up, according to PennDOT.

WILLISTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — A portion of Paoli Pike in Willistown Township is closing Thursday night due to maintenance work after a sinkhole opened up, according to PennDOT.

The road will close between Devon and Grubb roads from 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., PennDOT said.

During the closure, drivers will be detoured over Boot Road, U.S. 202 and Lancaster Avenue/Business U.S. 30, according to PennDOT.

Local access will be maintained up to the work zone.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near this work area because backups and delays may occur.
