PennDOT Announces U.S. 202 Lane Closures

Overnight lane closures on U.S. Route 202 will begin Monday night, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said.

The closures are scheduled between the Chesterbrook and Route 401 interchanges in Tredyffrin and East Whiteland townships from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Oct. 6 to 10, PennDOT said. Finishing work will be done on the newly opened six-lane stretch of highway.

Among the projects schedules are sealing pavement joints, smoothing out areas of the concrete pavement and painting traffic lines, PennDOT said.

Expect delays if traveling through the area.
