PennDOT Introduces 'Teen Driver' Plates

Would you want your teen to drive with the special plates?

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has introduced special license plates denoting that the vehicle’s driver is a teen.

PennDOT says the plates are “an additional, optional tool for parents and guardians to utilize in their education efforts.”

The plates indicate that the vehicle’s driver is a teenager, and ask that others on the road “be courteous.”
