Pop-Up Biergarten at Historic Sugartown Postponed To Next Week

The weather forecast prompted officials to move the beer garden to next week.

MALVERN, PA — With harsh weather in the forecast, Pop-Up Biergarten at Historic Sugartown has been moved to next week.

The pop up will now be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 6 at Historic Sugartown, 273 Boot Road in Malvern.

Entry is free, but donations are encouraged.

Guests will be able to enjoy plenty of libations.

Locust Lane Craft Brewery and Chaddsford Winery will be providing beer and wine.

To compliment the beer and wine, you'll be able to munch on grub from foods trucks such as Saloon 151, Famous Crab Cakes Prospect Park, The Cow and the Curd, and Scoops 'N' Smiles Ice Cream & Water Ice.

A portion of the beverage and food proceeds support Historic Sugartown’s efforts to protect the village.

Historic Sugartown’s first Biergarten of the season will feature a Plein Air Art Show and Sale by the Philadelphia Water Color Society. Artists will be on-site painting during the event.

Additionally, attendees can tour Historic Sugartown’s buildings and view bookbinding demonstrations in Historic Sugartown’s world-class Book Bindery; as well as visit Crissy Everhart Photography in Historic Sugartown’s 1835 Hannah Cheever House.

Parking is available at 260 Spring Road in Malvern. Pets are not permitted at the event.
