Random Recipe for Anytime of the Year #5

When I was in elementary school - UMASD - the cafeteria would serve the most delicious Peanut Butter Bars.  In one of the newsletters from "back in the day" the actual recipe was published and here it is to enjoy!

Peanut Butter Bar Brownies

1 C Peanut Butter
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C Butter or Margerine
4 Eggs
2 C Flour
2 T Baking Powder
1/2 t Salt
1 T Vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and place in a large baking dish (lasagna size pan).  Bake at 350 for 20-30 mins.  Check after 20 mins. Batter should be done similar to the consistency of regular brownies.

When cool, frost with Chocolate Glaze:

1 C Confectioners Sugar
2 T Cocoa
3 T Milk
