Registration is now open for TrainSmart's upcoming Train the Trainer certification course, May 9 - May 11, 2017.

TrainSmart’s Train-the-Trainer is an IBCT (International Board of Certified Trainers) certified three-day workshop designed to develop essential skills for creating and delivering effective, dynamic training sessions.
The workshop is a highly interactive trainer certification workshop and is perfect for current trainers who want to hone their skills and anyone who wants to become a certified trainer. The class size is VERY limited to ensure one-on-one coaching. Each participant presents and facilitates between 5-7 segments, as well as a 10-20 minute final training project.

Using a topic of your choice, you will learn how to create a training plan that moves simply from one topic to the next, understand the development process and how to incorporate activities that increase participation and understanding, manage classroom challenges, and utilize facilitation skills that make learning both educational and fun!

The final day will culminate in a recorded practice session with feedback and coaching from the participants and the facilitator.

Participants will:

• Present and facilitate between 5-7 segments
• Present a 10-20 minute final training project on a subject of their choice
• Receive a recorded practice session with feedback and coaching from the participants and the facilitator
• Gain a strong foundation in critical training skills and will be introduced to new approaches for delivering powerful training
