Report: Malvern's 'Haven At Atwater' Starts Renting

MALVERN, PA -- The massive swath of apartments in Malvern off of Route 29 are now available to rent.

According to a Daily Local News profile, The Haven at Atwater Village, one of the high-end apartment communities between the Great Valley and Atwater Corporate Centers, is now renting.

Atwater will eventually hold 326 apartments, the report states. It will be among a total of 549 residences being added to the Route 29 development.

The apartments are about 10 percent leased as of mid-September. Apartment options include one, two, and three bedroom units, ranging from $1,475 to $2,605 per month, the report states.
