Soccer players in Western Pennsylvania allegedly duct-taped an autistic boy to a goal post late Sunday night.

16 year-old Austin Babinsack, a student at Highlands High School in Allegheny County, told CBS Pittsburgh that he was left duct-taped to the post for 15 minutes.

“They duct-taped my hands, my legs, all the way up to my waist, and then they attempted to try to take a picture of it. I told them no, and they walked off disappointed,” Babinsack said.

An off-duty state trooper found the boy while the other students had gone to find a friend. The trooper helped the boy get free.

The incident follows a rash of bullying autistic kids in schools across the country.

The school has suspended soccer coach Jim Turner for failing to stop the bullying incident. Two of the soccer players have also been suspended, for at least five days.
