Richard Hetrick Affiliates with Coldwell Banker Preferred in Exton

David Krieger, president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, is pleased to announce that Richard Hetrick has affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Preferred Exton office as a full-time sales associate.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Hetrick received his bachelor of arts degree from Gettysburg College and his master of science degree from Drexel University. He has a long career in the biotechnical industry and has lived in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, Maryland, and Missouri before moving back to Pennsylvania in 1994. His career focused on business development, sales, marketing, advertising and public relations. Hetrick is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®, the Suburban West Realtors® Association and TReND.

Hetrick looks forward to beginning his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Preferred. “While I have traveled extensively nationally and internationally, I love the Chester County area and want to focus my personal and business endeavors locally. Hetrick and his wife reside in the Downingtown area and are the proud parents of three grown children, Laura, R.J. and Karen who have graduated from Shippensburg University, the United States Military Academy and Penn State University respectively. In his spare time, Hetrick enjoys golfing, tennis, hiking and kayaking. He is also an avid Steelers football fan.
