Route 202 Limited To 1 Lane Nightly In East, West Whiteland
Bridge work will limit the road to one lane and close two lanes of an exit ramp in both townships nightly through Friday, PennDOT said.

EAST WHITELAND, PA – Bridge construction will affect traffic on northbound U.S. Route 202 approaching the U.S. 30/Exton Bypass Interchange, as well as the two ramps at the interchange, in East Whiteland and West Whiteland townships beginning Wednesday, May 16, PennDOT said.
Route 202 approaching the interchange will be reduced to one lane, and the two ramps at the interchange will be closed this week overnight.

- Wednesday, May 16, through Friday, May 18, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, and until 10 a.m. Saturday, May 19, northbound U.S. 202 will be reduced from two-lanes-to-one between the Boot Road and Route 401 interchanges;
- Wednesday, May 16 through Friday, May 18, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, and until 10 a.m. Saturday, May 19, the northbound U.S. 202 ramp to Business U.S. 30 will be closed. Motorists normally using the ramp will be directed to exit at the Route 401 Interchange, and turn right onto Route 401 (Conestoga Road) to access U.S. 30; and
- Friday, May 18, from 8 p.m. to 10 a.m. the following morning, the ramp from eastbound U.S. 30/Exton Bypass to northbound U.S. 202 will be closed. Motorists normally using the ramp will be directed to exit at Business U.S. 30, turn right onto Business U.S. 30 and immediately right onto the ramp to U.S. 202 North.
During these times crews will be able to set up and test concrete paving equipment and pour sections of the new concrete deck for the outer half the U.S. 202 bridge over Amtrak at the southern end of the interchange.
